TerraFrame guarantees that anything we build will work as specified in our proposal and other functionality documentation. Although we rigorously test every application we write before it is deployed, occasionally a bug pops up on the production system. If this happens, we will fix it as fast as possible.
In cases where our customers require a feature that was not specified in the functionality documentation, we will issue a change order before beginning work on a new version of your application. Once the order is approved, we will build, test and deploy the new features.
